What type of paper do you use in CALLA planners?

We use premium 80# paper in all our planners. It's known within the industry for its durability and ink-friendly qualities, providing a superior writing experience.

Are CALLA planners environmentally friendly?

As a company specializing in paper products, we are acutely aware of our environmental responsibilities. While the nature of printing inherently presents challenges to sustainability, we strive to mitigate this impact wherever possible. Our commitment includes printing and assembling our planners in the USA, which helps in reducing the carbon footprint associated with long-distance shipping. Additionally, we offer a 'start anytime' feature in our planners, aimed at minimizing paper waste by ensuring that every page is used effectively and purposefully. These steps represent our ongoing efforts to balance our business operations with environmental mindfulness.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Each of our planners are printed on-demand and sent to print immediately after a purchase is made. Because of this, we are unable to change or cancel orders. 

What is CALLA's return policy?

Due to the personalized nature of our planners, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage upon arrival. Please email hello@callapaper.com within 7 days to notify us if this is the case, and we'll do our best to make it right.

Will you be releasing new cover options?

We periodically release new cover designs, layouts, and more to keep our collection fresh and in line with current trends. Keep an eye on our website and social media for announcements on new releases.

Can I select multiple weekly and monthly additions?

Currently, due to the limitations imposed by the coil size, we're able to accommodate only one of each weekly and monthly addition per planner. However, we understand the desire for more flexibility and customization. To address this, we are considering the introduction of 6-month planners for those who wish to include multiple additions. We're also exploring the option of adding 2-3 monthly additions instead of a weekly addition. Your feedback is invaluable to us, so if these options interest you, we'd love to hear your thoughts.
